I’ve had mixed reviews regarding WCH. I went with this service since it was connected to Therapynotes. They were responsive in the beginning. However, as time went on, the emails became more sporadic and the replies were delayed. My credentialing specialist was always out of town. I rarely got a hold of her and when I did she would only partially answer my questions. She gave me mixed information consistently. She informed me that my provider number will be delivered via email and when I checked back 2 weeks later she told me it should be in the mail already.

I wish she was as active in communicating with me like she was when she was billing me.
