Great company. Reliable. I know from personal experience that Valletta has clients billing as low as 7-8k per month, as well as clients billing over 1 million per month. Their services are high-quality. I would recommend to anyone.
Dont bother to call if you are not billing more than $100,000/ month. Below that their billing rate is 7% . Chatted with an agent then spoke on phone with another. They were both very dismissive once they found out my practice is only part time. Stated that they would not be able to staff my needs appropriately. If you have staffing for a larger practice how do you not have staffing for a smaller one?
I have been a client of The Valletta Group for years. The results they produce in collecting funds are remarkably reliable and consistent. I recommend them without reservation.
Terrible response time for inquiries into incorrect billing. You cannot get a direct answer and no one will respond to verify follow through with a request. Extremely irresponsible.
