This is one of those reviews that starts with “I never write reviews”… because it’s true.

But I was so impressed with the service I got from Susan on my initial phone call to their service… that I decided to write this.

I was calling about an outrageous ER bill I received. It turns out… there is not much that Systemedic can do for me in my particular case.

But that is what I thought was extraordinary… Susan took the time to listen to the issue. Politely explained why her service would not be appropriate in this particular case. And gave me some thoughtful suggestions on how I could handle the bill on my own.

Of course, I hope NEVER to need their services… but if I do… I know exactly where I will be calling first.

It’s nice to encounter people doing business this way.
