Worked with this company for a couple of years as a solo private practioner. There was a noticeable difference when Karen sold the company. I left shortly afterwards disatisfied with the company.
I had the misfortune of hiring this company to do my billing. As I type this I am on the phone with insurance companies trying to undo the mess they created on my behalf. They have billed my client’s incorrectly and my checks were routinely delayed by months. I would avoid this company at all costs. It would have been easier if I had done it myself.
I’ve been working with Karen for the last three years and her expertise has definitely helped my business grow. I couldn’t be happier with her service.
