P3 team is very responsive to my queries and are quick to adjust their process to suite my requirements. We had a lot of billing issues before P3 and they are well under control now. Always on top of insurance updates and compliance . Their help with insurance verification, denials with insurance or W/C makes my job less stressful. Without them I would be overwhelmed and working weekends but instead I get the freedom and peace of mind with P3 on my team and us together has made our billing, collections, and patient intake flow a great success.

We have had our ups and downs transitioning from another company to P3 but I’m sure that’s to be expected. That being said P3 has always been eager to work out the issues.
