My car broke down in front of this establishment and we were there for a long time. Someone from one of the other businesses around them came and helped us out and was very kind. At Outsource Management Group they were threatening my friend. My friend politely asked a female employee if she could use their restroom and she told her that she “can’t be walking into businesses she has no place being at and that she will get herself shot and killed if she does it again.” I do not understand why they felt the need to say something so horrible and threatening over someone asking to go to the bathroom. They could have said no and my friend would have left with no issues. Disgusting behavior for something so small. I wouldn’t want these people handling my finances and bills when they cannot even be professional about something as simple as asking to use the restroom.
