My only issue is the hours. Who is only open mon-thurs. 8-4pm when your online says Friday as well. You need to update the times on here. Now I have to wait till Monday and get up early when I work nights to make a phone call because calling is the only way to pay a bill.

I am a 100% service connected veteran and I am covered by the va for all medical bills however jay county ambulance service can’t get the billing right and has turned me in to a collection agency several times and I have told them every time I have had to use them that my insurance pays my medical bills I have called the va insurance co. and they say they have never been billed for these services this is very unfair to me and has caused me not to get several loans and thee ones I do have has a very high interest rate because of them not billing the correct insurance company randall mansfield
