MDS of Kansas has been our transcription service provider for a couple of years now, and their service is second to none. I have dealt with other transcriptions services that were slow on turnaround, difficult to communicate with and seemed to lack customer service skills. Donella ensures her team is very fast on turnaround, they are always willing to help troubleshoot when we have an issue and make it easy for us, and the client service skills in her group are stellar. In the medical business where accuracy of documentation is key, MDS really nails it! We love them!
