I have amazing doctors and healthcare but one thing that is ALWAYS lacking is the support to those doctors. Their front offices and their billing departments are notoriously inefficient and inaccurate and inconvenient. One of the worst examples was the billing department for my allergist. About two years ago he retired and sold his practice. You folks took on their billing. WOW!!! I am shocked with the superb, efficient, and helpful service you provide. It is unmatched. It is pleasant. it is without “please hold”. It is polite. WOW!!! Keep up the good work. Today I spoke with Jackie again. Thank you. I love to pay my bill.
