DT-Trak Consulting

This is a shameful place to work. They treat their employees with the uttermost disrespect their business practices are completely unethical. They tell you you’ll get your final check the pay period after your equipment has been received. Which is illegal according to the department of Labor check must be released once they have the equipment. Not the day after not the pay period after. And if you don’t maintain contact with them over the $400 worth of equipment they will send the local sheriff to your house. Just to make sure you’re okay. And this doesn’t even cover the times of employment. I can’t even begin to cover all those issues.
I have worked professionally with DT-Trak for at least 10-15 years with both Best Business Products and currently Marco. I have witnessed owners Jewel and Natalie grow their business through honesty and hard work. Their success has been overwhelming. They currently employ approximately 80 people including offices in Miller and Huron South Dakota. I would highly recommend this business and appreciate them as one of our customers. I’ve worked with the team at DT-Trak for almost a year, and in that time I found the leadership team of Natalie, Jewel and Sterling to be extremely professional and effective at their jobs. More importantly, they are great people that care deeply about their employees and customers. In reading the other reviews posted here, I am not familiar with most of the names of people that are referencing DT-Trak’s employment record, so perhaps they are mistaking DT-Trak for another employer of a similar name? Regardless, my personal experience has been excellent, and I would refer anyone in need of Revenue Cycle Management services to work with DT-Trak, as well as anyone looking for an honest, upstanding company to work for in the Miller, SD area.
Having worked with and for DT Trak for several years I have nothing but positive things to say! The leadership is professional and truly cares about the workforce and is always looking for ways to improve the employment experience. The quality of service that they provide is second to none. Knowing Natalie personally she is very involved in the day to day and leads by example. Great people and great place to work!

Work is always fast-paced and interesting, and working with incredibly smart people who care about their clients and staff is truly satisfying. Going from a clerical position to being part of Executive leadership over the years has given me a first-hand perspective and appreciation of the extra mile this company goes.I have really learned so much. Everyone pulls together to make sure work gets done, but they do small things to have fun. I am very happy with my time here and have enjoyed the flexible opportunity.
