Cvikota Medical Business Services – La Crosse, WI
Mr. Kenneth Cvikota backed into my vehicle at the Family restaurant on the north side of La Crosse. He knows without a doubt that he is at fault but is allowing his insurance company (American Family) to bully and take advantage of me. This is extreme lack of integrity. Not sure I would be trusting this man with my business. He is very elderly and may not be as involved in the day to day operations but when lack of integrity is involved it is sure to trickle down and infect the whole company! Mr. Cvikota, out of principle, I will spend $100,000.00 in attorney fees to prove my innocence, and then you can pay my attorney fees. The fact that you live in The Country Club community does not scare me one bit!
I have used Cvikota for my behavioral health companies billing needs for the last few years. Paul is my main point of contact and is very responsive and helpful, but all of the support staff are on top of their game. They pay attention to details and have helped to notably increase consistent revenue for my company in the time we have been working together. The best part for me is they handle everything with no disruption to my day to day of seeing clients and running the rest of the company. They have been phenomenal to work with. I would highly recommend them to anybody looking for medical billing professionals.
I’ve been with Cvikota for over 25 years. The leadership is loyal to employees, and managing staff hold themselves accountable to leadership, and those they lead. Medical billing can be challenging, and isn’t for everyone. But, if you’re sharp, know how to use a keyboard, and show up everyday, it’s a great place to work.
