Scammers mentality. Kimberly Carr in Indiana is the least helpful person in trying to resolve a billing issue. Very accusatory and multiple times “I don’t know how long it will take” to get my money back (it’s been almost 4 months), though there was a clear error on their end. Terrible customer service. I will continue to reach out to my provider to drop this billing company. HORRIBLE.

A simple request turns into into a negative interaction. I called to request a date of service be resubmitted to my current insurance carrier. When speaking to Robin (who stated she’s the only employee/manager) was hesitant on filing my claim and insisting payment. The only SLIGHTLY positive outcome was that I was able to pay a couple bills from late 2019 and early 2020 when I didnt have insurance. I really hope the call gets reviewed for “training purposes” so that no one else gets the same unprofessional service as I did.

0 Stars. SCAM ALERT! CIPROMS Inc is a crooked company. They allow their client SOUTHEAST ANESTHESIOLOGY to bill above the allowable amount and then send to collections the part unalloyed by insurance and unpaid by the patient. One has to wonder if this is a KICKBACK SCHEME done in COLLUSION with ONCOAS12 and SOUTHEAST ANESTHESIOLOGY. Under no circumstances allow a doctor from SOUTHEAST ANESTHESIOLOGY to perform you are your loved one’s anesthesia. You will be dealing with CIPROMS inc for months and then their collections agency ONCOAS 12. The Indiana State Attorney General’s office should investigate these companies. They must be held accountable for their unjust actions.

Professional, personable, and dependable – CIPROMS operates with the utmost integrity. Clients and employees have high longevity not typical of other organizations in this industry.
