Too many errors and a program that offers little custom formatting. When I moved to another EMR, they were supposed to provide all my information so the new EMR service could incorporate the data. What CareCloud provided was unusuable, full of errors and could not be applied. I am STILL fighting this fight as this is my practice data/charts/prescriptions! They claim to be fixing it but they don’t answer communications (calls/emails) and they won’t even provide a “read only” access to my old account so I can see my charts. This is a horrible company that does not care about its users. Don’t walk away – RUN!

We have been using Carecloud since 2019. Truthfully, was a rocky start, but Carecloud and our practice together have worked through all issues and we have been very happy with this EMR program. No EMR system is perfect, but the support we receive from Carecloud is exceptional. I even have cell phone access to our account manager with Carecloud and Melba is great. When we have issues, I reach out and she does her best to get things worked out for us. We outsource our billing with Carecloud and again as we work out any issues together, they are always willing to see what can be better efficient on both our ends. Communication is great with Carecloud as well. If I had to change one thing- it would be BREEZE (patient portal), otherwise we highly recommend Carecloud!

We are a large multi-state practice and we have worked with these folks since 2016. CareCloud has been great to work with and willing to help in any area we have asked them for help. They are not perfect, but in my opinion, every revenue cycle organization has strengths and weaknesses, and none are perfect. For me the attitude and willingness to correct errors and work with us to ensure the smoothest revenue cycle functions we can have been what sets them apart from others who we have worked with in the past. They strive to ensure we collect as much as possible in this difficult medical environment and have gone above what they are contracted for to make sure that our employees know what is needed to be successful. It has been a true team effort, which is needed in today’s medical billing environment.

We have limited use of their EMR since we are a hospital-based practice. So, my review should be looked at as mostly about their desire to maximize our revenue cycle and the ease of working with them to get the changes necessary to collect what insurances and the government owes our practice.

We also utilize their call center for patients to communicate about their bills. I was hesitant to relinquish this to anyone but our employees, but the transition was smooth, and it has freed up some employees to do other critical functions.

Overall, I feel their attitude and willingness to be flexible and meet our needs means we will be using their services for many years to come!

We Have been using Carecloud for over 6 years. Our transition was from a custom EMR therefore the initial transition was challenging. There have been substantial improvements over the years and the customer service and continuity of our direct support has been excellent. Our dedicated team is very knowledgeable and goal oriented in constantly looking for areas of enhancements in both the EMR itself and in the RCM. Overall, we are satisfied with the product and service. As with anything there are always areas you could improve upon but we recognize the system has to be what works for the majority, not ones individual processes.

CareCloud has been extremely beneficial in the way we manage our practice. Their user-friendly system simplifies medical billing, allowing us to prioritize patient care. The RCM team efficiently manages payment posting, while the collections team tackles unpaid claims. This approach has streamlined our revenue cycle management, significantly enhancing both patient care and overall practice efficiency.
