Do not work here ! They recruit people to work for them and the job description doesn’t match what you’re held responsible for.They really need help with their training , the training was all over the place. The owner Craig seem like good person to work for but he lets his wife Lily control the business and she’s very rude and unprofessional.Bluntly speaking Lilian Garcia is racist ! She never made any type of eye contact with me and steadily harassed me. She’s a Karen! I was held to a different standard than the other employees. Don’t forget to mention that I did put in for my days off to be cleared. Her response was “I only check paychex when it’s time to do payroll” and I gave a resignation letter after landing my new job! Lilly was upset about this so then she made up an excuse . That’s called retaliation Lillian !!
