I am actually a client of ACSI, not someone who didn’t pay their debts and got sent to collections. Keep in mind that if the client gives bad information, it can reflect badly on the collection agency.
ACSI has always been very responsive, accurate , and thorough when dealing with my accounts. I highly recommend their services to anyone who needs the expertise and knowledge that ACSI has in getting your money from customers who don’t want to pay their debts.

The only way I got them to tell me what I owe is by stop paying. I called several times and they sent me to a line of people and no one knew what was going on. I want to resolve me debt but they wont give you answers. I asked how much I owe and wanted to pay it off and they just kept saying that I only have paid my interest so they don’t know what I left. Now I can’t pay it off so I need to set up payments. They do it for the interest. It’s sad they take advantage of people’s short falls
how do i make them stop calling me? i get voicemails demanding i call them back but this is a debt collection place, i’m not in debt. i don’t own anything overdue and my bank account is in good standing right now. if i were in debt my bank would be the only ones needing to tell me.
This company tried to bill us twice for the same amount. We had already paid the bill about a year ago and they resent us a bill with a different spelling of my name which seemed suspicious. When I called and said that it had already been paid, the woman said “oh I see there is a duplicate account here”. I asked why I had been billed a second time and why my name was misspelled and she said I’ll have to have my manager call you. This company is totally shady. This happened today 5-18-21. Don’t deal with them!
Untrustworthy. Supervisor at ACDI told me I owed $3,200 although I had been making payments to the original creditor. I called the creditor and they verified that I only i owed $1,800. ACDI is unpleasant to deal with and I would suggest you reach out to your original lender/creditor and work something out with them before dealing with ACSI.
