I went to the doctor last year. I left the office thinking things were all squared away. Then I get a letter in the mail a few days ago stating this is the last warning to pay my bill before it is sent to collections. I would have paid my bill right away if I was aware I had any balance. In the future, I will do everything in my power to avoid this company. If somewhere uses this company for billing, I will be taking my business elsewhere. Pathetic communication by a company that is either extremely unorganized or very sleazy from my perspective.

Edit: It has been about a week since I left my review, and my experience has only gotten worse, when I thought I would be done dealing with this company after paying my bill. Unfortunately, I am still dealing with them and still have been very disappointed with the experience dealing with this company. I paid my bill last week. I got charged last Friday. I see that I got charged twice for this. I email Cherie on Friday letting them know I got charged twice. I don’t hear back Friday, nothing over the weekend, nothing Monday, follow up again to get an auto reply saying they are out of the office. So now I am trying to get in contact once more. This whole experience has been unbelievably terrible in every facet. When I didn’t think it could get worse it did.
Cherie from 360 medical is incredible. Truly an angel in disguise. We had a medical situation that came up and we had to go to an urgent care clinic. Because we showed up after hours, it was charged as a regular ER visit to a hospital. We were in the midst of making changes to our insurance. We ended up getting a large medical bill which is disheartening to just about everybody. We got in contact with 360 billing to see what we could do in regard to taking care of the debt. Cherie was incredibly compassionate, showed genuine care for the circumstance, and she handled it so professionally. She was such a light in what could have been a really terrible experience. We hope she’s blessed 1000 times over for her kindness, her integrity, and her ability to handle people with the utmost care and respect. Thank you Cherie!
These people never have their phones available to accept calls and their billing system is broken, so you can’t even pay online. This is most likely so they can force debt collectors to come after you and make the billing process LESS transparent to justify getting multiple payments out of you.
Great company!! Easy to work with and very helpful employees.
I highly recommend this company! Very good management!
